Management Plans & Property Expenses
The current management rates are shown below. The management fee is calculated from booking revenue after booking-platform fees. Actual property expenses are separate.

Vision Suites management fees are calculated from actual booking revenue remaining after Airbnb and other booking-platform fees have been deducted.
The management fee pays for the agreed management work. Actual property expenses are paid separately and may include cleaning, repairs, supplies, photography and styling.
