Management
What does Vision Suites manage?
Vision Suites supports guest communication, booking management, check-in and check-out coordination, cleaning coordination, maintenance coordination, property inspection, owner reporting and listing optimization. The selected plan and agreed property scope determine the level of support.
Do you guarantee rental income or occupancy?
No. The website does not promise a particular rental income, occupancy level or investment return. “More Than Stays. Better Returns.” is a brand expression, not a guarantee.
Services
How are the services organized?
Services are grouped into Guest & Booking Management, Property Operations and Owner Support. These connect the guest journey, property readiness and condition, and the information the owner receives.
Is property inspection included?
Property inspection is included in Full Management and limited in Core Management. The inspection scope and arrangements should be confirmed for the property; the plans do not specify a universal inspection frequency.
Is listing optimization included?
Listing optimization is included in Full Management and basic in Core Management. The agreed work should reflect the real property. It does not guarantee bookings, occupancy or income.
Pricing
How much does property management cost?
Full Management 18%; Core Management 14%. Vision Suites management fees are calculated from actual booking revenue remaining after Airbnb and other booking-platform fees have been deducted. The management fee pays for the agreed management work. Actual property expenses are paid separately and may include cleaning, repairs, supplies, photography and styling.
What is the difference between the plans?
The current management-service scope is: Guest Communication — Full Management: Included, Core Management: Included; Booking Management — Full Management: Included, Core Management: Included; Check-in / Check-out Coordination — Full Management: Included, Core Management: Included; Cleaning Coordination — Full Management: Included, Core Management: Included; Maintenance Coordination — Full Management: Included, Core Management: Limited; Property Inspection — Full Management: Included, Core Management: Limited; Owner Reporting — Full Management: Included, Core Management: Included; Listing Optimization — Full Management: Included, Core Management: Basic. The management fee pays for the agreed management work. Actual property expenses are paid separately and may include cleaning, repairs, supplies, photography and styling.

Operations
How are maintenance issues handled?
Vision Suites receives the concern, responds, coordinates an appropriate next step, follows up and reports the result. Maintenance coordination is included in Full Management and limited in Core Management. Repair expenses remain separate.
Owners
How are owners kept informed?
Owner reporting is included in both plans. The management standard connects the original concern with the action and outcome. The reporting format, channel and frequency should be confirmed for the property.
How do I discuss management for my property?
Email owners@vision-suites.com or use the property enquiry form when available. Tell us the location, type, current setup and support needed. Do not include access codes, passwords or private guest information.
