When you submit a property enquiry, we collect your name, email, property location, property type, current rental status and management needs. Phone number and message are optional. Required fields let us assess and answer your enquiry; without them the form cannot be submitted. We also store the selected language, source page, any campaign tags, submission time and the notice version you accepted. Do not send passwords, access codes, identity documents or private guest information.

We use enquiry information to respond, assess property-management needs and follow up on a potential service arrangement. Access is limited to authorized staff and the hosting or technical providers needed to operate the site. This website is hosted on Alibaba Cloud in Singapore; information may therefore be processed outside Hong Kong and the Philippines. Enquiry information is not published on the website.

For an enquiry that has ended without becoming a client engagement, the normal retention period is six calendar months after the last contact, or after submission if there was no subsequent contact. Ongoing enquiries and converted client or contract records are handled separately according to their continuing purpose and applicable obligations. A documented legal or unresolved matter may require a temporary retention hold. Records must be reviewed when that need ends.

Essential cookies support form security, session handling and administrator sign-in. The enquiry endpoint uses a keyed hash of the network address to limit repeated submissions; hosting security logs may also contain connection information. This version does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Any recovery backups must have a limited retention schedule and restricted access.

You may contact owners@vision-suites.com to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about retention, or request deletion where applicable. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your own record. This notice covers this website’s enquiry form; email providers and any separate contracted service processes may involve additional information handling.

The earlier campaign pages at /owners/, /zh/owners/ and /ja/owners/ remain available. Their forms are not connected to a receiving service and do not send entered answers or create an enquiry; use the current Contact page or email instead. These earlier pages read advertising UTM labels and keep them in browser session storage for up to 30 minutes; the labels may travel with internal links. They do not store form answers in browser storage or save a Facebook click identifier. Their analytics interface does not send event data externally by itself.
