Discuss What “Limited” and “Basic” Mean
The service matrix identifies the current support level. It does not set a universal number of visits, inspection frequency, spending authority or list of listing changes. Confirm the specific arrangements for your property rather than assuming these details from a label.
The Fee Basis Is the Same
Both percentages are calculated from actual booking revenue after Airbnb and other booking-platform fees have been deducted. The percentage changes with the plan; the stated calculation basis is the same.
Does Full Management include cleaning and repair expenses?
No. Actual property expenses are separate under both plans. The management percentage pays for the agreed management work, including the stated level of coordination.
Separate expenses may include cleaning, repairs, supplies, photography and styling.
